General educational information about investment fees and results. Our Disclaimers are part of these terms: we are not an investment adviser, we don't give advice, and no advisor pays us.
3. Your part
- Only send information you have the right to share, and don't send account numbers, statements or Social Security numbers through the website.
- Don't misuse the site, try to break into it, or copy it in bulk.
- Make your own decisions, and consult qualified professionals before acting.
4. Pilot participation
The pilot is free and voluntary. Anyone who shares documents with us will first receive and sign a separate written consent describing what is collected, how it is used and when it is deleted. You can leave at any time.
5. Our content
The text, design and the Real Performance Report name and logo belong to us. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Financial professionals may not use our grades or name in marketing without written permission.
6. No warranties
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work hard to be accurate, but information may contain errors or be out of date.
7. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for investment losses or decisions made in reliance on the site.
