Everything on this site and in any report card, grade or rating is general educational information and our opinion. It is not investment, financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, insurance product or strategy, or to hire, keep or leave any financial professional. About our name
“Performance” in Real Performance Report means measuring what an account actually delivered after fees, compared with a simple hypothetical index portfolio. It does not mean we manage money or promise or predict returns.
No advisor pays us
We receive no compensation of any kind from the advisors, brokers, insurers, fund companies or other financial firms we rate: no advertising, sponsored placement, badges, referral or lead fees. No one can pay to change a grade or rank higher. If this ever changes, we will say so clearly on this page.
Ratings are opinions
Grades and ratings are opinions based on information people give us and on public records, which may be incomplete or out of date. We do not audit that information. A grade is a simple summary of a complex picture and may miss value that wasn't documented to us.
Hypothetical comparisons and past performance
Index-portfolio comparisons are hypothetical: no one actually earned those results, and they don't reflect taxes or every cost. Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results. All investing involves risk, including loss of principal, and index funds lose value when markets fall.

Prices shown on this site are planned prices for after launch. Nothing can be bought on this site today, and nothing here is an offer to sell.
